We have several machines which overlap in capacity. We can roll C16 all the way down to C2 and all sizes in between. We pride ourselves in quick turnaround times, typically less than a week for small quantity orders. We also pride ourselves in returning your quotations to you within 24 hours of your inquiry. There is never a cost for a quotation.  We have shipped all over the USA and Canada.

Channels can be rolled the Hard Way, Flanges In or Flanges Out. Because channels are asymmetrical, they can present a challenge when rolling. Care must be taken to support the inside flange of a channel rolled the Hard Way, as the inside flange will typically want to tip in as the rolling process continues.  Channels rolled Flanges In or Flanges Out can typically be rolled to much tighter radii than channels rolled the Hard Way.

Typically, rolled channels are used as structural members or as architectural accents.  We also roll channels helically for spiral stair stringers.  We do not shy away from special projects and look forward to discussing your requirements with you.  As with all profile rolling, the tighter the radius the more distortion is to be expected.  We also can quote ancillary services such as trimming, straightening, punching, drilling, and welding, should you desire these services.
