We have several angle roll machines which overlap in capacity. We pride ourselves in quick turnaround times, typically less than a week for small quantity orders. We also pride ourselves in returning your quotations to you within 24 hours of your inquiry. We have shipped all over the USA and Canada.
Angle iron can be rolled Leg In or Leg Out. For odd leg angles, one of the legs must be specified as Leg In or Leg Out. For instance on a L6x4, the angle can actually be rolled 4 different ways- 6” Leg In or Leg Out or the 4” Leg in or Leg Out. Angles can also be rolled Heel In and Heel Out.
Typical uses for rolled angle include Flange Rings, Lintels, Ladle Lips, Tank Supports, Pour Stops, Roofing Systems and Architectural Accents. We do not shy away from special projects and look forward to discussing your requirements with you. As with all profile rolling, the tighter the radius the more distortion is to be expected. We also can quote ancillary services such as trimming, straightening, punching, drilling, and welding, should you desire these services.
Current Angle Iron Capacities:
We roll many material types of angle iron including carbon steel (A-36), stainless steel – both 304SS and 316SS, titanium, copper, and aluminum. The types of materials which can be rolled are virtually limitless.
We have capacity to roll the smallest angle irons (L.5 x .5 x .125”) all the way up to the largest angle irons (L 9 x 4 x 1”) and all sizes in between.
