Decades of Pipe Rolling experience

Rolling pipe and round tube has been a continual process for Longero for decades.  Whether bending large diameter pipe for airport structures or 180 degree bends with straight legs for signage applications, we have seen a wide variety of project types. We’ve worked with carbon steel (A-36 and galvanized), stainless steel – both 304SS and 316SS, brass, copper, Inconel and other materials. When specifying pipe, the schedule of the pipe must be included. 

We do not bend with mandrels, so typically the larger the radius the better.  In most cases, the more cost effective choice will be to choose a pipe size that fits your requirements rather than a tubing size, as in general the materials will be less expensive. We use several methods to minimize distortion in our rolling, including but not limited to packing the inside diameter of the section or the use of nylon dies to minimize exterior scratching.

We can work with pipe as small as  .500” schedule 10 all the way up to 20” Schedule 160, and every size in between. Our quotation turnaround time is usually less than 24 hours and small orders are generally completed within a week.
